1. On 6/10/2022, Commerce initiated circumvention inquiries to determine whether (1) U.S. imports from Vietnam of wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof (wooden cabinets and vanities) from the People's Republic of China (China), which are further processed in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) and include Vietnamese components; and (2) U.S. imports from Malaysia of wooden cabinets and vanities from China, which are further processed in Malaysia and include Malaysian components (collectively, the merchandise subject to the circumvention inquiries), are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on Wooden Cabinets and Vanities and Components Thereof from the People's Republic of China (A-570-106; C-570-107)). Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of the merchandise subject to the circumvention inquiries, that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on Wooden Cabinets and Vanities and Components Thereof from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. This instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
