1. On 05/26/2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) sustained the final remand redetermination issued by Commerce pursuant to Celik Halat ve Tel Sanayi A.S. v. United States (CIT Court No. 21-00045). As a result of the CIT's final decision, Commerce has amended the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from the Republic of Turkey. This amendment was published in the Federal Register on 06/06/2022 (87 FR 34241). 2. The products covered in this investigation are described in message 1062401, dated 03/03/2021. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-489-842. 4. For shipments of prestressed concrete steel wire strand from the Republic of Turkey entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 12/11/2020 (date of publication of the Final Determination), CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below. These cash deposit rates have been adjusted to reflect the appropriate subsidy offsets determined in the companion countervailing duty proceeding.
