On May 19, 2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) sustained the Final Redetermination issued by Commerce pursuant to Canadian Solar Inc. et al. v. United States, (Slip Op. 22-49, Consol. Court No. 19-00178). As a result of the Court's decision, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 33713) on 06/03/2022 with an effective date of 05/29/2022, Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, from the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court's Decision Not in Harmony with Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review and Notice of Amended Final Results. 2. For shipments of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/28/2019 (i.e., the date the original final results of review published), the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Shenzhen Glory Industries Co., Ltd. Case number: C-570-980-095 Amended rate: 5.17% 3. Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any over collection will be issued in a separate message. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 5.
