Records at Commerce indicate that certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan produced and/or exported by AU Optronics Corporation (A-583-853-004), Vina Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (A-583-853-014), Canadian Solar Inc. (A-583-853-015), Canadian Solar International Limited (A-583-853-016), Canadian Solar Manufacturing (Changshu), Inc. (A-583-853-017), Canadian Solar Manufacturing (Luoyang), Inc. (A-583-853-018), and Canadian Solar Solutions Inc. (A-583-853-019) have not been imported during the period 02/01/2021 through 01/31/2022. 2. In the event any CBP import officer is suspending liquidation of entries of this merchandise entered during the period 02/01/2021 through 01/31/2022, CBP officers should report the following information to Commerce: entry number(s), date of entry, producer name and address, shipper/seller name and address, exporter name and address, and importer name and address. CBP should reference this message number and the AD/CVD case number in its response.
