INVESTIGATIONS ARE OTHER ALLOY STEELS (AS DEFINED BY THE
HARMONIZED TARIFF SCHEDULE OF THE UNITED STATES (HTSUS) CHAPTER
72, NOTE 1 (F)), EXCEPT STEELS CLASSIFIED AS OTHER ALLOY STEELS
