1. This is a correction to message 1271403, dated 09/28/2021, to correct an omission in that message. 2. Message 1271403 omitted reference to any company-specific case numbers applicable to Inventec Solar Energy Corporation or E-TON Solar Tech Co., Ltd., which are now added in paragraph 5. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 09/24/2021, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products from Taiwan (A-583-853) for the period 02/01/2019 through 01/31/2020. This SI was issued in connection with court number 21-00514. 4. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products from Taiwan (1) That were produced and/or exported by Inventec Solar Energy Corporation or E-TON Solar Tech Co., Ltd. and imported by JA Solar USA Inc.; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products From Taiwan: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; Final Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020, 86 Fed. Reg. 49,509 (Dep't Commerce Sept. 3, 2021); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020. 5. Entries covered by paragraph 4 may have entered under the following company-specific case numbers: A-583-853-006, A-583-853-008, A-475-993-003, A-533-993-003, and A-552-993-006. 6. Effective 09/24/2021 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 9/24/21. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Any entries inadvertently liquidated before this injunction is fully implemented by CBP shall be promptly returned to unliquidated status and suspended in accordance with the injunction. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 7. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 8. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 9.
