1. On 4/18/2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 22870) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the countervailing duty order on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from the Republic of Turkey (C-489-825). 2. Commerce has determined that Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (Ozdemir A.S.) is the successor-in-interest to Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi, and should be assigned the same CVD cash deposit rate for purposes of determining CVD liability in this proceeding. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from the Republic of Turkey produced and/or exported by Ozdemir A.S. which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 4/18/2022, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated countervailing duties at the following rate: Exporter and/or Producer: Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi Case number: C-489-825-002 Cash deposit rate: 0.00% 4.
