Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 13968) on 03/11/2022 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from the People's Republic of China for the period 08/01/2019 through 07/31/2020. Commerce published a correction to the final results of administrative review on 03/18/2022 (87 FR 15366). 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/11/2022, the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Hangzhou Ailong Metal Products Co., Ltd Case number: A-570-914-009 Cash deposit rate: 157.40% 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the China or non-China exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 255.07 percent. C. For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
