1. On 03/11/2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China (C-570-140) for the period 12/09/2021 through 12/31/2021. This SI was issued in connection with court number 22-00002. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China (1) that were produced and/or exported by Lingong Group Jinan Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.; Linyi Lingong Machinery Group Co., Ltd.; Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd.; Zhejiang Green Power Machinery Co., Ltd.; Shengda Fenghe Automotive Equipment Co., Ltd.; Hunan Sinoboom Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd; Liugong Machinery Co.; Guanxi Liugong Machinery Co.; Mantall Heavy Industry Co., Ltd; Noblelift Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd; Qingdao YTE Special Products; Sany Marine Heavy Industry Co., Ltd; Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd; Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Fire-Fighting Safety Equipment Co., Ltd; or Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Mobile Access Equipment and Subassemblies Thereof from the People's Republic of China, 86 Fed. Reg 70,439 (Dep't Commerce Dec. 10, 2021) (countervailing duty order and amended final affirm. countervailing duty deter.); (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period December 9, 2021 through December 31, 2021. 3. Effective 03/11/2022 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 03/11/2022. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
