This PI enjoins liquidation of any unliquidated entries of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan: (i) that were produced and exported by Yieh Phui Enterprise Co., Ltd. and imported by Yieh Phui America, Inc.; (ii) that were subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final results in Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products from Taiwan: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020, 87 Fed. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Any entries inadvertently liquidated after 03/09/2022 but before the injunction is fully implemented by CBP shall be promptly returned to unliquidated status and suspended in accordance with the injunction. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI. 5.
