RE: FINAL RESULTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW - TAPERED ROLLER
BEARINGS FROM PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA


1. The Department of Commerce has completed the 1989-90
administrative review of the antidumping duty order on tapered
roller bearings and parts thereof from the People's Republic of
China (PRC) and published the results in the Federal Register (56
FR 67590, December 31, 1991).

2. Accordingly, for shipments of tapered roller bearings and
parts from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for
consumption on or after December 31, 1991, you shall collect a
cash deposit equal to the amounts listed below. The AD/ CVD
module has been updated to reflect this amount.

3. The cash deposit requirements will remain in effect until
publication of the final results of the next administrative
review.

4. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise included in
the administrative review until you receive appraisement
instructions. Instructions may be delayed indefinitely if an
appeal of the final results are filed with the Court of
International Trade.
