On 02/01/2022, in response to a request by Boart Longyear Company (Boart), Commerce issued a final scope determination that graphite rods imported by Boart are within the scope of the antidumping duty order on small diameter graphite electrodes (SDGE) from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-929). 2. Because the imported products have the same physical characteristics as unfinished SDGE and can be machined into graphite pin joining systems, i.e., subject merchandise, after importation, Commerce found these products to be within the scope of the order. 3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of SDGE from China, including graphite rods imported by Boart described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on SDGE from China. 4.
