1. On 01/25/2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 3763) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWR pipes and tubes) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) (A-489-824). 2. Commerce determined that Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Sirketi (A.S.) (Ozdemir AS) is the successor-in-interest to Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi (Ozdemir Ltd. Sti.). Entries of HWR pipes and tubes from Turkey that were produced and exported by Ozdemir Ltd. Sti. (A-489-824-002) were excluded from the antidumping duty order on HWR pipes and tubes from Turkey (see message 6257310, dated 09/13/2016). 3. Accordingly, for shipments of HWR pipes and tubes from Turkey, both produced and exported by Ozdemir AS, which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/25/2022, CBP shall not require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties. 4. For shipments of HWR pipes and tubes from Turkey, which were not both produced and exported by Ozdemir AS, which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/25/2022, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties as follows: Exporter: Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Sirketi (A.S.) Producer: Any producer other than Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Sirketi (A.S.) Producer: Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Sirketi (A.S.) Case number: A-489-824-007 Cash deposit rate: 35.66% 5. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice.
