1. THIS IS TO NOTIFY CUSTOMS OFFICIALS THAT THE COURT OF
INTERNATIONAL TRADE'S INJUNCTION ANNOUNCED BY THE ABOVE-CITED
MESSAGE HAS NOT BEEN LIFTED AND IS STILL IN EFFECT.

2. IF YOU ARE HOLDING ANY OF THE ENTRY NUMBERS LISTED IN THIS
MESSAGE, CONTINUE TO SUSPEND LIQUIDATION ON THESE ENTRIES UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE. IN CERTAIN INSTANCES COMMERCE HAS ISSUED
LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS UNDER ONE OR MORE OF THE ABOVE-CITED
ANTIDUMPING ORDERS WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMS OFFICIALS TO
LIQUIDATE ALL ENTRIES OF ANTIFRICTION BEARINGS FROM A PARTICULAR
PRODUCER OR EXPORTER DURING A PARTICULAR PERIOD. YOU SHOULD
INTERPRET THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO MEAN ALL ENTRIES NOT SUBJECT TO
THE ABOVE-ANNOUNCED INJUNCTION.

3. IF YOU HAVE SET FOR LIQUIDATION ANY ENTRY SUBJECT TO THE
ABOVE-CITED INJUNCTION, THAT ENTRY SHOULD BE UNSET IMMEDIATELY.

YOU WILL RECEIVE SPECIFIC NOTIFICATION WHEN THE COURT HAS LIFTED
ITS INJUNCTION.

4. IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS MATTER BY CUSTOMS
