RE: FINAL DETERMINATION OF ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATION
OF TUNGSTEN URE CONCENTRATES FROM THE PEOPLES REPBLIC OF
CHINA (A-570-811)

1. The Department of Commerce published, on September 20, 1991,
its final determination of sales at less than fair value
regarding tungsten ore concentrates from the People's Republic of
China.

2. The product covered by this investigation is tungsten ore
concentrates. This includes any concentrated or upgraded form of
raw tungsten ore, whether high or low-grade. High-grade tungsten
ore concentrates are defined as a concentrated form of tungsten
ore containing 65 percent or more by weight of tungsten troxide.
Low-grade tungsten ore concentrates are defined as a concentrated
form of tungsten ore containing less than 65 percent by weight of
tungsten trioxide. Low-grade tungsten ore concentrates include
tungsten slime, which has a concentration of less than 35 percent
by weight of tungsten trioxide. Tungsten ore concentrates are
used in the production of intermediate tungsten products such as
APT, tungstic oxide, and tungstic acid.The merchandise is
specifically classified under HTS item number 2611.00.00.00.

3. The U.S. Customs Service shall continue to suspend liquidation
of entries that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for
consumpition on or after July 10, 1991, and shall require a cash
deposit or the posting of a bond equal to the estimated margin
percentage below:
