OF HUNGARY (A-437-801)


1.The Department of Commerce has completed its administrative
Review of the Antidumping Duty Order on tapered roller
bearings and parts there of, finished or unfinished (TRBs) from
the Republic of Hungary (Hungary) for the period June 1, 1989,
to May 31, 1990. The final results will be published in the
Federal Register on August 23, 1991.

2.Accordingly, for shipments of TRBs from Hungary entered or
withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after August
23, 1991, you shall collect a cash deposit equal to the amount
of 1.68 percent for the manufacturer/exporter Magyar
Gordulocsopagy Muvek (MGM), (A-437-601-001). The "ADCVD"
module has been updated to reflect this amount.

3.For any entries of this merchandise from any other exporter, a
cash deposit of 1.68 percent shall be required.

4.These cash deposit requirements will remain in effect until the
publication of the final results of the next administrative
review.

5.Do not liquidate any entries of this merchanidse included in
this administrative review until appraisement instructions are
received. Instructions will not be sent until at least 30 days
after publication of the final results, and may be delayed
indefinitely if an appeal of the final results is filed with
the Court of International Trade.
