1. On 04/22/2020, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final decision in the case of Jindal Poly Films Limited of India v. United States (court no. 19-00050). The injunction to which message 9142309 dated 05/22/2019 refers, enjoined entries of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from India (1) that were exported by Jindal Poly Films Limited of India; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's determination in Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet & Strip from India: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2016, 84 FR 10789 (March 22, 2019); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after January 1, 2016 up to and including December 31, 2016. As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 9142309 refers, dissolved on 06/22/2020.
