1. On 06/01/2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register its antidumping duty order on ceramic tile from the People's Republic of China (China) (85 FR 33089). On 06/12/2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register a correction to its antidumping duty order on ceramic tile from China (85 FR 35905).

2. The merchandise covered by this order is described in message number 0157401, dated 06/05/2020.

3. For imports of ceramic tile from China, CBP shall suspend liquidation of entries of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/28/2020 (the date on which the International Trade Commission published its final determination in the Federal Register). Effective 05/28/2020, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the percentage for the exporter/producer combination identified below. This cash deposit rate has been adjusted to reflect the appropriate subsidy offsets determined in the companion countervailing duty proceeding.
