1. This is a correction to message 0148407, dated 05/27/2020, to correct paragraph 3 of that message.

2. Paragraph 3 of message 0148407 states the wrong case number for the company. This message provides the correct case number. Below is the fully corrected message.

3. On 5/22/2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register (85 FR 31144) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China (A-570-053) (corrected by 85 FR 35636, 06/11/2020).

4. The Department of Commerce found that Shanghai Huafon Aluminium Corporation is the successor-in-interest to Huafon Nikkei Aluminium Corporation for purposes of determining antidumping duty cash deposits and liabilities on certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China.

5. Accordingly, for shipments of certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 5/22/2020, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate:

Producer: Shanghai Huafon Aluminium Corporation
Exporter: Shanghai Huafon Aluminium Corporation
Case number: A-570-053-007
Cash deposit rate: 73.66%

Note: The case number in the case reference file in the ACE AD/CVD portal was updated to remove Huafon Nikkei Aluminium Corporation and add Shanghai Huafon Aluminium Corporation.

6. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
