1. On 5/12/2020, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the People's Republic of China (A-570-909) for the period 08/01/2017 through 07/31/2018. This SI was issued in connection with court number 20-103.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain steel nails from the People's Republic of China exported by Xi'an Metals & Minerals Import & Export Co., Ltd. that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Steel Nails from the PRC: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2017-2018, 85 Fed. Reg. 22399 (April 22, 2020), and that were entered, or withdrawn for consumption, during the period 08/01/2017 through 07/31/2018.

3. Effective 05/12/2020 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 05/12/2020. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
