4. Commerce preliminarily found a de minimis subsidy rate on imports of subject merchandise from a certain producer and/or exporter. However, in its final determination, Commerce found an above de minimis subsidy rate for the company. Accordingly, for imports of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/01/2020, CBP shall suspend liquidation and collect a cash deposit equal to the percentages of entered value listed below.
