1. On 03/31/2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register its antidumping duty order on acetone from the Republic of South Africa (85 FR 17866). See message number 0097408, dated 04/06/2020. At that time, the International Trade Commission (ITC) had not yet published in the Federal Register its final determination in its investigation of acetone from the Republic of South Africa.

2. On 04/02/2020, the ITC published in the Federal Register its final determination in its investigation of acetone from the Republic of South Africa. Accordingly, for imports of acetone from the Republic of South Africa, CBP shall suspend liquidation of entries of such merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/02/2020 (date of publication in the Federal Register of the ITC final determination). Further, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the cash deposit rates identified below.
