1. On 12/17/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final decision in the case of Mid Continent Steel & Wire, Inc. v. United States (court no. 18-00025). The injunction to which message 8054306 dated 02/23/2018 refers, enjoined entries which (1) that were produced and/or exported by Oman Fasteners LLC; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Steel Nails from the Sultanate of Oman: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2014-2016, 83 Fed. Reg. 4030 (Dep't of Commerce Jan. 29, 2018); (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after December 29, 2014, up to and including June 30, 2016; and (4) that remain unliquidated as of 02/22/2018. As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 8054306 refers, dissolved on 02/20/2020.
