1. On 12/27/2019 Commerce published a notice of court decision not in harmony with final determination and notice of amended final determination of antidumping duty investigation. The Court decision related to Nanjing University of Chemical Technology Changzhou Wujin Water Quality Stabilizer Factory and Nantong Uniphos Chemicals Co., Ltd. (collectively, WW Group). a company subject to the investigation of 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid from the People's Republic of China covering the period 07/01/2015 through 12/31/2015. Commerce's notice and amended final determination was published in the Federal Register (84 FR 71377). In that notice, Commerce amended its final determination by assigning the company listed in paragraph 2 below a revised cash deposit rate.

2. For shipments of 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/20/2019, the cash deposit rate is as follows:
