1. On 01/13/2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register (85 FR 1802) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on truck and bus tires from China (A-570-040). In the Federal Register notice, we inadvertently stated an incorrect cash deposit rate. On 01/21/2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register (85 FR 3336) a correction to the final results of changed circumstances review to correct the cash deposit rate which reflected an adjustment for appropriate subsidy offsets determined in the companion countervailing duty proceeding.

2. Commerce determined that Sailun Group Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Sailun Jinyu Group Co., Ltd.; and that Sailun (Shenyang) Tire Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Shenyang Peace Radial Tyre Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

3. Accordingly, for shipments of truck and bus tires from China which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/13/2020, CBP shall require cash deposits equal to the percentages for the exporter/producer combinations identified below. These cash deposit rates have been adjusted to reflect the appropriate subsidy offsets determined in the companion countervailing duty proceeding.
