1. AS A RESULT OF A FIVE-YEAR ("SUNSET") REVIEW, THE DEPARTMENT
OF COMMERCE HAS REVOKED THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON RAILWAY
TRACK EQUIPMENT FROM AUSTRIA AND PUBLISHED THE REVOCATION IN THE
FEDERAL REGISTER ON 10/22/1998. THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE
REVOCATION IS 01/01/2000.

2. THEREFORE, CUSTOMS IS DIRECTED TO TERMINATE THE SUSPENSION OF
LIQUIDATION FOR ALL SHIPMENTS OF RAILWAY TRACK EQUIPMENT FROM
AUSTRIA ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON
OR AFTER 01/01/2000.

3. ALL SUSPENDED ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT ENTERED OR
WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO 01/01/2000 SHOULD NOT, REPEAT
NOT, BE LIQUIDATED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE SEPARATE AND SPECIFIC
LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS.

4. IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS MATTER BY CUSTOMS
