1. On 01/08/2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register (85 FR 881) its final results in the changed circumstances reviews of the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China (A-570-062/C-570-063).

2. Commerce determined that Wor-Biz Industrial Product, Co. Ltd. (Anhui) is the successor-in-interest to Wor-Biz Trading Co., Ltd. (Anhui) (a.k.a. Wor-Biz International Trading Co., Ltd. (Anhui)). We therefore instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assign entries of subject merchandise exported by Wor-Biz Industrial Product, Co. Ltd. (Anhui) the AD and CVD cash deposit rates applicable to Wor-Biz Trading Co., Ltd. (Anhui), effective the date of publication of the final results.

3. Accordingly, for shipments of cast iron soil pipe fittings from China which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/08/2020 (date of publication of final results of changed circumstances reviews), CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated AD/CVD duties at the following rates:

4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
