Authorization of appropriations

There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section the following amounts:

(1)

To the Secretary of Agriculture, not more than $3,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2010.

(2)

To the Secretary of the Interior, not more than $1,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2010.
