§ 7999.

Availability of incentive payments for certain producers

(a)

Incentive payments required

(b)

Conditions on implementation

The Secretary shall implement subsection (a)—

(1)

only with regard to production that meets minimum quality criteria; and

(2)

on not more than 2,000,000 acres or the equivalent volume of production.
