(F)

the Mack-Blackwell National Rural Transportation Study Center at the University of Arkansas; and

(G)

any additional institutions or facilities designated by the Secretary.

Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section—

(1)

$18,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;

(2)

$18,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;

(3)

$18,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and

(4)

$18,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.
