§ 3116.

Notice of impact of diplomatic and consular post closings on intelligence community

(a)

Notice to Director of National Intelligence and Secretary of Defense

Notice to congressional committees

(c)

Definitions

In this section:

(1)

Appropriate congressional committees

The term “appropriate congressional committees” means—

(A)

the congressional intelligence committees;

(B)

the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives;

(C)

the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives; and

(D)

the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
