§ 17707.

Reports

The Secretary of Defense shall report to the Congress and the President—

(1)

in January of each year, the actions taken under this chapter during the preceding 12 months; and

(2)

not later than 90 days after completion of each transfer under this chapter, a full account of that transfer.
