§ 10808.

Prohibition on energy exports to, and investment in energy sector of, the Russian Federation

(a)

Prohibitions on investment and exports

(1)

In general

Effective on the date that is 30 days after September 18, 2026, the following are prohibited:

(A)

Any new investment in the energy sector of the Russian Federation by a United States person.

(B)

The export, reexport, or in-country transfer to or in the Russian Federation of any energy or energy product produced in the United States.
