§ 7931.

Respect for treaties and rights

or the amendments made by this title— 1

(1)

affects or modifies any treaty or other right of any federally recognized Indian Tribe; or

(2)

modifies any provision of Federal law relating to migratory birds or to endangered or threatened species.
