The Tupelo National Battlefield site is redesignated the Tupelo National Battlefield which shall continue to be administered pursuant to the Act of August 25, 1916 ([39 Stat. 535]), as amended and supplemented, entitled “An Act to establish a National Park Service, and for other purposes.”
