Information of the Board
Banking agency information
State insurance regulator information
Upon the request of the Board or the appropriate Federal banking agency, a State insurance regulator may provide any examination or other reports, records, or other information to which such insurance regulator may have access with respect to a company which—
is engaged in insurance activities and regulated by such insurance regulator; and
is an affiliate of a depository institution or financial holding company.

Confidentiality and privilege
For purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply:

Board and financial holding company
