Informational and testing functions of Secretary of Energy

(a)

Evaluations of new or improved technologies pursuant to written submissions

(b)

Testing by Administrator of Environmental Protection Agency of systems developed under research and development program or submitted by Secretary; scope and purposes of tests; submission of test data and results to Secretary

Collection, analysis, and dissemination of information, data, and materials to developers
