§ 2701.
Procurement of personnel
The Coast Guard may expend operations and support funds for recruiting activities, including advertising and entertainment, to—
(1)
obtain recruits for the Service and cadet applicants; and
(2)
gain support of recruiting objectives from those who may assist in the recruiting effort.
