REORGANIZATION OF CERTAIN VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS

Section 1. Establishment of Agency

Sec. 2. Transfer of Functions

(a) [Superseded. Pub. L. 93–113, title VI, § 601(a), Oct. 1, 1973, 87 Stat. 416. Subsec. (a) transferred to the Director of Action the functions of the Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity under 42 U.S.C. 2991 to 2994d, the functions of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare under 42 U.S.C. 3044 to 3044e, the functions of the Small Business Administration under 15 U.S.C. 637(b)
