State and United States

The term—

(A)

“State” means each of the 50 States of the United States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; and

(B)

“United States” means the 50 States of the United States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
