Dear Mr. Kim:

In your letter dated February 13, 2015, you requested a tariff classification ruling for a quilted coverlet and sham. The coverlet and sham are identified with the style name “Cameroon.” As requested, the sample submitted will be returned to you. The coverlet is constructed of an outer shell of 100% woven cotton corduroy fabric stuffed with 100% polyester fill. A quilt stich passes through all three layers. All three layers are quilted together with quilt stitching that is sewn on a diagonal forming a diamond pattern; each diamond measures approximately two and one quarter inches square. At the intersection of each of the diamond pattern points, there are decorative ornamental stitches also in diamond patterns, measuring approximately one quarter inch across.

The sham face panel is comprised of 100% woven cotton corduroy fabric stuffed with 100% polyester fill, and backed with a woven cotton fabric.
