RE: The tariff classification of an extruded aluminum mounting assembly from China
Dear Mr. Kane:
In your letter dated December 1, 2010, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample you submitted will be returned.
The merchandise under consideration is described as an Extruded Aluminum Wall Bracket Assembly, with an aluminum alloy series designation of 6061-T6. It has a painted white finish and is assembled with stainless steel hardware. This product is designed to fasten to the side of a building and serves to mount a radial arm awning to the building.

The extruded aluminum wall bracket assembly may be subject to antidumping duties or countervailing duties.
