The applicable subheading for the fuzzy dice will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem.

You suggest that the fuzzy dice be classified under HTSUS subheading 8708.99.8180. which provides for parts and accessories of…motor vehicles…: Other…accessories: Other: Other: Other: Other: Other: Other.
