This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, style 6531, is a pair of girls', 100 percent nylon, pull-on lace tights. The garment has a fully elasticized waistband, a diamond-shaped gusset at the crotch, and elasticized stirrups. The item will be imported in girls' sizes 2 to 4T, 4 to 6x, and 7 to 14.
