Dear Mr. Pencak:
This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance
with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19
C.F.R. 177).

MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, style GF191-
3383, is a girl's, 100 percent cotton,
woven sleeveless dress. The garment
has a rear button opening, two front
pockets, two side pockets, and hemmed
armholes and bottom. Style GF191-3383
will be imported in girls' sizes 7 to
14.
HTS PROVISION : Women's or girls' suits, ensembles,
suit-type jackets, blazers, dresses,
skirts, divided skirts, trousers, bib
and brace overalls, breeches and
shorts (other than swimwear),
dresses, of cotton, other, other,
other, other, girls'.

RATE OF DUTY : 12.6 percent ad valorem
