RE: Modification of HRL 081819. camera;focus;fixed
Dear Mr. Ohyama:
We have received your letter of July 21, 1989, informing us
of a factual error made in our ruling letter to you of July 7,
1989 (HQ 081819).
You advise us that the still video camera model RC 470 is in
fact a variable focus camera rather than fixed focus as noted in
the ruling. Based on this information, we find that the model RC
470 is classified under HTSUSA subheading 9006.59.90 as a
photographic camera other than fixed focus valued over $10 each.
Ruling HQ 081819 is modified pursuant to
19 C.F.R. 177.9(d) to reflect the correction of a material
fact as noted above.
