1. Importers and manufacturers who import the material provided for in heading 9814.00.50 shall give suitable bond, to be subject to the approval only of the District Director of Customs at the port of entry, conditioned that the imported material shall be only used for the purposes provided for in the said heading 9814.00.50, under such regulations as may be prescribed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. 	1Carryover legal note from the Tariff Schedule of the United States (TSUS). The Tea Importation Act (21 U.S.C. 41) was repealed, effective April 9, 1996.
