Amendments

1996—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 104–208, § 308(d)(4)(P)(i), substituted “removal” for “exclusion” in two places.

Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 104–208, § 308(d)(4)(P)(ii), substituted “denied admission” for “excluded from admission”.
