2025—Subsec. (c)(2). Pub. L. 119–21 added par. (2) and struck out former par. (2). Prior to amendment, text read as follows: “Effective beginning on August 1, 2013, the value of the assistance provided under paragraph (1) shall be 3 cents per pound.”
