Effective and Termination Dates
That part of [section 2 of Pub. L. 100–518] which provided that section was effective for the period Oct. 1, 1988, through Sept. 30, 1993, inclusive, was repealed by [Pub. L. 103–156], §§ 13(a), 16(b), Nov. 24, 1993, [107 Stat. 1529], 1530, eff. Sept. 30, 1993.
Application of Section
[Pub. L. 119–37, div. E, § 5001(b)], Nov. 12, 2025, [139 Stat. 626], provided that: “Sections 7D and 19(a) of the United States Grain Standards Act (7 U.S.C. 79d, 87h(a)) shall be applied by substituting ‘2026’ for ‘2025’ each place it appears.”
